Head Rush was recently made aware of an incident in the Netherlands involving a QUICKjump XL with the 3 Meter RipCord. Based on preliminary information, a jumper experienced a fall of approximately 7-10 meters that resulted in injury. Out of an abundance of caution Head Rush Technologies is issuing a STOP USE for all QUICKjump XL 3m RipCord devices until a thorough investigation can be completed and a root cause is determined.
