Groups will develop teamwork as they move from platform to platform, relying on communication, problem solving and cooperation skills. Like other group initiative tasks, All Aboard Challenge is designed to offer “real” or “perceived” mental, physical, social and emotional challenges that are fun and rewarding. Within a trusting and supportive environment, these challenges are often successfully met through team problem solving.

The All Aboard Challenge consists of three platforms (small, medium and large) to provide a variety of team challenges. Wood platforms nest together for easy storage and have glides on the bases to protect floor. The All Aboard Challenge activity guide includes step-by-step instructions on how to set-up and perform the three included team building games. Sample processing questions and variations on the activities are also included. Designed for groups of 6-10 participants, depending on age and size.
